(w helpie czytałem na temat "ftp", "ftpcopy", "get" i
innych tym podobnych, ale nie wiem, jak ich uzyc.
gdy probowalem ftp 192.168.1.2,
nie moglem sie polaczyc - chyba brak uprawnien,
bo ping dziala w obie strony).

2. Jak wyglada kompletne polecenie ifconfig eth0, zeby miec:

Mam 2 systemy Win2000 i Red Hat 6.1 Cartman. Jak instalowałem to zauważyłem że Red Hat nie rozpoznał partycji z Win2000 <NTFS.W bootloader jest tylko sam Win 2000.Co w takiej sytuacji zrobić? Bardzo prosze o pomoc. Za podpowiedź z góry dziekuje.

dodaj pozycje startu linuxa do bootloader win2k
programem dd skopiuj pierwszy sektor partycji z linuxem
 dd if=/dev/hdxx if=linux.sec bs=512 count=1
następnie zapisz to na dyskietkę z FAT, który obsługujesz
kolejnym krokiem będzie skopiowanie z dyskietki win2k na jego
partycję i w pliku boot.ini wpisujesz(przykładowa ścieżka):

i już

PS komplikacje z dyskietką, ponieważ nie masz dostępu do NTFS

Tłumaczenie łopatologiczne wstawiania linuxa do menu

Więc przy instalacji linuxa jak się zapyta o
instalowanie GRUB czy LILO to instalujemy je
na partycji z linuxem nie w MBR dysku u nas
to jest na boot sektorze hda2. Trzeba zrobić
dyskietkę, jeżeli nie masz możliwości booto-
wania z CD-ROM

Gdy już mamy i linuxa i Win2000 wkładamy
CD-ROM ładujemy, ale nie wybieramy instalacji
tylko wpisujemy "linux rescue", następnie
wpisujemy chroot /mnt/sysimage
(to powyżej tylko dla bootu z CD-ROM)
wkładamy sformatowaną dyskietkę w FAT i
i montujemy ją poleceniem mount.
 mount /mnt/floppy
kolejnym krokiem jest zapisanie sektora
partycji z linuxem poleceniem:
 dd if=/dev/hda2 of=/mnt/floppy/linux.sec bs=512 count=1
Kończymy prace w linux teraz wchodzimy do Windows2000
i zapisujemy plik z dyskietki w C:ootsector.lnx i

Być może to jest przyczyna, że instalator Debiana nadpisał partycję z
danymi.
Jedyne co można zrobić to próbować odszukać i odzyskać z
niej ten plik. Na początek spróbuj darmowym PC Inspector File Recovery
http://www.convar.de (wybierz skanowanie w trybie RAW bez użycia tablic
FAT). To całkiem niezły program, a w przypadku odzyskiwania danych wcale
nie jest tak, że darmowe znaczy gorsze; liczy się konkretna sytuacja i
konkretny algorytm działania, a tak się składa, że PC Inspector posiada
bardzo ciekawą funkcję naprawy plików odzyskanych jako uszkodzone (np.
obciętych). Oprócz niego możesz jeszcze wyszukać ten jeden plik
(rozumiem, że na reszcie ci nie zależy) przy pomocy DFSee
http://www.dfsee.com, tylko dokładnie przestudiuj pliki tekstowe z
dokumentacją, jest tam opis krok po kroku jak to zrobić. Z płatnych
narzędzi warto zainteresować się Easy Recovery, Get Data Back - google
podpowie ci więcej takich programów.

Dowiedziałam się od Was o różnych programach i sposobach odzyskania danych (na których mi b. zależy) Mam do dyspozycji takie programy: - EasyRecovery Pro - tiramisu - get Data back - mrecover i oczywiście: wsp_1_42

Dorzucę tu jeszcze jeden program: "MBRWork 1.07a" ze strony

Według tego, co piszą twórcy (uwaga! zalecana najwyższa ostrożność!)
program pozwala na odszukanie partycji FAT, NTFS itp. po zamazaniu
tablicy partycji w MBR. Cytat z opisu:

    will allow you to recover lost FAT, HPFS, NTFS, and Extened partitions."

Witam wszystkich. Mam problem z hdd. Parę dni temu padł mi dysk.Pracowałem na nim i zauważyłem że  zaczyna coś wolniej chodzić. Nie namyślając się wiele, postanowiłem go  zrestartować (start-zamknij system). Po restarcie co widzę?- echo!! System się nie ładuje. Uuu... zdenerwowałem się. Odpaliłem dyskietkę startową  win 98 se(na tym chodził komp) i co widzę parę katalogów się ostało - ale  c:/windows i plików systemowych nie ma!! Na wszelki wypadek to co zostało zgrałem. i postanowiłem przeskanować Easy  recowery pro. Okazało się że twardziel jest dobry pod względem fizycznym - ale  coś nawala przy partycjach. Skorzystałem z Bootit i zgrałem MBR, i użyłem Testdisk-a, ten niczego nie wykrył - dziwne ?! Co teraz zrobić i jak?

Zacząłbym, nawet jeszcze teraz, od odkurzenia, poprawienia taśm dysków,
i pamięci w slotach.
Jak się okaże, że posypały się tablice FAT, to masz kłopot.
Wtedy popróbuj Resoration lub  PCInspector File Recovery

Przepraszam nie wspomniałem o tym ale taśmy na samym początku sprawdzałem oraz
wszelkie możliwe styki (wyciągałem i wsadzałem - bo tak chyba najlepiej te
styki można oczyścić). Dane zgrałem na innym kompie jak również Easy recoery
pro używałem na innym kompie.

Oprócz powyższego problemu - jaki może być powód, że tak się stało?

| Ze jak wrzucisz 33GB, to system rozmiesci je jeden plik za drugim, | w postaci jednego duzego bloku. Zaraz, popatrz na samą górę posta. 33 GB skasowałem, czyli zrobiłem wolne 2/3 partycji. Miałem nadzieję że to co tam wpakuję, system plików rozmieści bardziej inteligentnie niż "36% pofragmentowane (72% fragmentacji plików)".

Gdyby miał odpowiedniej wielkości ciągłą wolną przestrzeń tak by się stało.

Przeskoczylem ostatnio na dystrybucje SUSE i jestem calkiem zadowolony,
poniewaz mniej czasu poswiecilem na konfigurowanie, ale... ostatni upgrade,

Przeszukalem mnostwo postow, ale wiekszosc szuka przyczyny w dysku, ja
jednak sadze ze to blad modulu vfat.
Dokucza mi niemozliwosc montowania floppy (ten sam problem w stacjonarnym)
no i jedna partycja fat32, do ktorej musze miec staly dostep zarowno spod
suse jak i winzgrozy.

Pomozcie, linki do ew stron mile widziane, a ja dalej probuje rozwiazac ten

I poprawnie. Tzn. też bym rozróżniał pomiędzy typem partycji (oznaczonym

jako "FAT16" można spokojnie założyć ext2fs. Typy pokazywane np. w cfdisku
to jedynie drugorzędna wskazówka dla narzędzi operujących na poziomie
partycji (przydaje się to np. w interaktywnych bootloaderach, fdiskach, być
może swapon odmówi też od razu współpracy jeśli partycja będzie inna niż

in the intake of carbohydrate grams from 60-80 (or lower depending on
what Phase the dieter is in) to 40 or to even less than 20 grams. Even
with further reductions in carbohydrates, however, the individual who
has followed the diet for more than a few weeks fails to turn the sticks
purple because he’s no longer excreting ketones in his urine!
What Atkins’ book doesn’t tell you is that, as the body’s cells begin to
burn ketones as fuel (ketones become the number one source of energy),
there are simply no ketones left to spill over into the urine. The
individual’s liver continues to manufacture ketones, but he doesn’t know
this because the ketones are burned up and, hence, aren’t available to
spill over into the urine.
I wish he would get the order straight. Lipolysis is the breakdown and
release of fat from the fat cells. Ketosis is the production of ketones
from the free fatty acids released by the fat cells that occurs in the
liver. Therefore, lipolysis always precedes ketosis.
This process is controlled by a number of physiological changes. The
first is the insulin to glucagon ratio. Physical activity and total
calories consumed also determine the rates of lipolysis and ketone
production rate. To suggest that any scientist, or that anyone for that
matter, has the slightest idea that a difference of 20 grams in
carbohydrate intake will change significantly the rates of lipolysis and
ketosis and lead to a dramatically improved rate of weight loss is
absurd. These types of detailed studies, using variations in the
criteria I’ve listed, have never been undertaken.
And since ketones measured in the urine are a totally unreliable measure
of ketone production, particularly after months on the low-carbohydrate
diet, they cannot serve any useful function to the dieter.
People must deal with big things, such as how many calories they burn.
They must not get caught up in minutiae.

I get that when trying to acces a .gdb database from an ISAPI dll. I use
Delphi 3+NT4.0 (FAT)+SP3 +Option Pack. I have tried to grant all sort fo
rights to user IUSR_mymachine, but nothing works. Delphi is installed by the
administrator, and the dll is compiled also by the administrator. Interbase
is working as a service, and is allowed to interact with the desktop. I
mention that the same dll worked fine with Win98 and MS PWS. *Please HELP*,
this is my faculty graduation project

Ignore the ISAPI component, try solving the WinNT/BDE problem on it's own
first. As soon as you have your BDE aliases working on WinNT for whatever
user, I am sure your ISAPI app will continue to work again.

If you are doing it as a service, one problem may be that the services are
initiallised in the correct order. There is this great download called
AUTOEXNT which allows you to define your own services with ease, but it also
discusses about starting services in correct sequence... I hope this helps.

Marius, You also need to set the alias as a remote: ie:
Server:Drivepathdatabase.gdb even if the database is in the same NT as the

Mozecie to przelozyc

Zaraz za mbr (no prawie, jeden cylinder wyżej) jest nagłówek partycji i
w nim są również wszystkie parametry umożliwiające znalezienie jej końca.

jeśli dysk był dzielony pod fdiskiem z windy to poszukaj
partycji rozszeżonej i pierwsza partycja będzie od początku dysku
do tej rozszezonej. W tablicy partycji rozszeżonej wszystkie wpisy
powinny się zachwac nienaruszone, więc naprawdę masz tylko 2 partycje
do znalezienia.
Sektor z Tablicą partycji rozszeżonej ma 2 ostatnie bajty o ile dobrze
pamiętam 0xAA 0xAA więc szukanie jest łatwe.
Odbudowac partycje możesz również fdisk-iem z linux-a.
W żadnym wypadku nie rób tego fdiskiem z windy czy z dosa, bo one
grzebią nie tylko na mbr, ale również na nagłówkach partycji, głównym
katalogu, facie i partycjach rozszeżonych (takie fdisk+(1/2*mkfs))
Najlepiej jednak ręcznie.

testuj partycje najlepiej na linuxie montując ją jako ro żeby czegoś
dalej nie spiep... napewno nie podnoś z nią windy.

No to jednak jedna duża :(

| 2. Jak to jest rzeczywiście jedna partycja 40G, (znaczy była źle | założona fdiskiem), możesz spróbować następującej metody: | Odpal z dyskietki z MBRWork, usuń tą partycję. Gdy nie będzie na | dysku partycji, pojawi się na liście opcja 'A'. Po prostu naciśnij | klawisz A. Jeszcze tylko zapodanie liczby, ile max partycji ma ci | odszukać (zacznij od 2) chwila i masz wyniki. Niestety nie chwila :-( Pojawia sie rzeczywiscie A ale potem jest Searching...i zaraz po trzeciej kropce  miga kursor przez co najmniej 10 minut i mozna to miganie przerwac tylko  resetem.

Możesz mu pozwolić tak podziałać z godzinę, ale raczej czarno.

Wygląda, że Windows był uprzejmy już zamazać okolice 20GB, tam gdzie
był bootsektor drugiej partycji.
Gdybyś miał dokładne dane partycji, albo chociaż _dokładnie_ znał
rozmiar, możnaby ustawić ręcznie. Ale zaraz, bootsektor 1-szej ma
jeszcze chyba stare dane.
Odpisz parametry tej pierwszej (C,H,S - Start i End).
Ranishem stajesz na 1-szej (3 wiersz) i zmniejszasz jej rozmiar,
mniej więcej do połowy, operuj najpierw 'cyl' końcowym.
Porównuj z tym co masz w prawym dolnym rogu. Zsynchronizuj rozmiar.
Pamiętaj, że raz podawany jest w KB, a raz w sektorach.
Jeśli po F2 skończą ci się komunikaty o niezgodności, znaczy trafiłeś.
Wtedy możesz zjechać niżej i insertem założyć na reszcie drugą
partycję. Jeśli trafiłeś, w prawym dolnym mogą pojawić się dane
z byłego bootsektora 2-giej (boję się, że jednak będą zamazane).

Z PM mam same najgorsze doświadczenia. Zwłaszcza z co nowszymi wersjami NTFS.

To narzędzie raczej nie skrzywdzi, jeśli zachowa się, dość dziwne, fakt,
BHP.
Ja robiłem partycje 300 giga i nic złego nie zrobiło.

| Czy na | pewno pakowanie narzędzi GNU do NTFSa jest bezpieczne? Przecie to | zamknięty | format, niedawno jeszcze zupełnie przez linuksy nie obsługiwany. Mnie akurat nigdy Gparted nie zawiódł.

Natomiast tenże cuś NTFS-a nie lubi, mnie nie skaszanił NTFS-a, ale
często symulował dobrze, ale gdy przyszło do rzeczywistego resize, to
się zapierał. Dopiero Partition Commander (mimo ładnego interfejsu
średnio wygodny, bo nie kolejkuje operacji, ale skuteczny i poradził
sobie z tym, na czym zaparł się GP). GP skaszanił mi (i to dość mocno -
w ruch poszedł Get Data Back for FAT, bo dane w normalny sposób
przepadły) partycję FAT32, z plikami bliskimi granicy 4 giga, fakt, że
mu trochę pomogłem, ale nie robiłem nic chyba złego - chciałem urwać z
resize partycji, fakt, ledwie 3-4 mega, ale w sytuacji, kiedy każdy bajt
się liczył.
Szczęśliwie, większość odzyskałem, a pozostałe sporządziłęm na nowo - to
były obrazki ISO z istniejących płyt, spakowane, więc miałem podgląd,
czy suma kontrolna jest dobra... Więc zrzucić znów płytkę do ISO,
spakować... tylko 7-zip jest cholernie powolny i nie zawsze tak dobry,
bywało (rzadko na szczęście), że pakował gorzej od oryginalnego ZIPa,
zwykle pakuje lepiej nawet, niż RAR, ale kładzie się na dużych plikach -
gorsze pakowanie. I dane wróciły.

Różne programy różnie działają, ideałów nie ma. W przypadku NTFS-a to
bym się nie dziwił, zamknięty format, a szkoda, choć aż muszę
sprawdzić... Ubuntu "natywnie" chodzący na NTFS, zdaje mi się, że to już
jest realne.
Po prostu nie ma programów idealnych, i nie można brać takich na ślepo.

GP - na szczęście tylko raz mi taki numer z rozwałką wywinął, natomiast
na duży plus w porównaniu z Partition Magic jest dla mnie to, że ściska
partycję ile się da, bez cerdolenia się w wolne miejsce, którego PM
zostawia sobie dziwnie dużo i bywa, że nie idzie przez to rozszerzyć
sąsiedniej partycji.
Jak na razie, używam najchętniej Partition Commander, mimo nienajlepszej
wygody korzystania - bo to jednak bardzo prosty w obsłudze program. Jest
w pakiecie Hiren's Boot CD. Ale GParted wspomaga mnie, jak działam. Po
prostu już wiem, czego nie robić i nie robię tego.

  Wicked IBM execs bayonet ailing OS/2

  At the last minute, IBM has torpedoed plans for a new OS/2 client from
Stardock
  Systems, despite apparently having no plans for a new client of its
own. The decision,
  made by IBM last Thursday, comes after six months of negotiation and
an agreement
  in principle, so it looks suspiciously like IBM corporate would prefer
to see OS/2 dead
  sooner rather than later.

  According to Stardock Object Desktop product manager Brad Wardell his
company
  had approached IBM in 1998,suggesting that Stardock license OS/2
technology on an
  OEM basis and make a new client available. Stardock's proposal won
support from
  OS/2 partisans within IBM, and six months were spent thrashing out the
details of the
  product: "everything from potential names down to which minute
components would or
  would not be included," says Wardell.

  The culmination of this process took place last week, where the IBMers
in favour of the
  deal made their pitch at executive level - and were told "nope."

  Says Wardell: "The call has been made -- there will be no new client
from Stardock
  and IBM has indicated that they have no plans for an OS/2 based client
of their own...
  they have decided that it is currently not in IBM's or their
customer's interests to
  license any current OS/2 technology on an OEM-basis... IBM has simply
finally made
  the decision that a new OS/2 client would be in conflict with their
strategic directions."

  So far, we can only speculate as to why the existence of what would
inevitably be a
  relatively small number of updated OS/2 clients would conflict with
IBM's strategic
  directions. IBM has made its intention of moving OS/2 users over onto
thin clients and
  then magically disappearing them pretty clear for some years now, so
maybe having
  OS/2 fat clients staying viable is seen as conflicting with this. Or
then again there
  might be an outside chance that IBM doesn't want to do an OEM
licensing deal
  because it intends to open source OS/2.

  We confidently predict this will happen one day - but we can't help
noticing that IBM
  doesn't generally get around to giving stuff away until it's too old
for most people to

Przeklamania rejestru i gleby Windowsow przy podkreceniu magistrali to w
90% wina pamieci (przy zalozeniu, ze procesor zachowuje mniej wiecej
standardowe taktowanie). Pozostale 10% mozna zostawic na wszelkie inne
nieprawidlowosci w funkcjonowaniu innych podzespolow. Problemy z dyskiem
(nie kontrolerem) objawiaja sie w ten sposob, ze tablica partycji lub FAT
ida na drzewo i po filesystemie zostaje wspomnieje (aczkolwiek odzysk
danych jest dosc prosty).

2) Jesli na 2,5 * 75 MHz sa te same problemy, to znaczy, ze kontroler nie wyrabia.

Jesli sa te same problemy, to problem lezy gdzies w:
-- pamieciach,
-- kartach PCI (zwlaszcza jesli mamy sieciowke Realteka -- ale z innymi
    podobnie bywa),
